Just coming off a frustrating knee injury, I am looking forward to 2014 with both trepidation and excitement. Trepidation that I need to watch myself and keep from doing stupid things, yet 2014 is a new year with all the unsullied hopes and dreams we can all have for the future.

Before Christmas I wrote a series of posts about setting goals – Part I – Long-term, Part II – Medium-term and finally Part III – Short-term. my physical challenges are complicated since I am coming off a knee injury that left me in a knee brace and crutches for better than a month. this year is as much about getting back to full activity levels as it is anything else.

Here is my complete “to-do” list for 2014:

365 Day Challenges

Work out every day

Stay injury free

Complete a 10K

Complete the half marathon Media Maraton de Guayaquil
